Dove Ridge or legally known as Compark, is a great neighborhood in the city of Parker. It is located off of Jordan and Arapahoe or Chambers and Lincoln. It is a US Home community, now known as Lennar. It was built and finished around 2000. The homes in this neighborhood range anywhere from low two hundreds to mid three hundreds. It is surrounded by beautiful open space, walking trails, located close to E-470, and is close to shopping.
In the last year homes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two car garage have sold between 285,000 and 300,000. For some of the bigger homes ranging with 3-4 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, and 3 car garage have sold between 255, 000 and 355,000.
It has a HOA where the dues are 165.00 quarterly. The HOA takes pride in this community. Recently it re-planted trees that had died and added a few in the neighborhood to increase it's beauty. It just recently reduced it's water bills by correcting french drains around the large park in the neighborhood helping with drainage. Both playgrounds have been re-mulched offering a safer environment for kids and the gazebo in the large park was refinished.
